We currently ship within Australia and to select international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for assistance.
Delivery Timeframes
- Australian Orders: Orders are processed within 2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days via Australia Post or other courier services.
- International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 7–21 business days.
Delays due to customs, postal services, or unforeseen events are outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
- Domestic Shipping: Flat rate of $X or free for orders over $Y.

Tracking
All orders include tracking information. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Lost or Damaged Items
