Shipping Locations

Australian Shipping We provide free standard shipping on all orders delivered within Australia.

International Shipping International shipping charges are payable by the customer and are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and parcel details. Customs duties, import taxes and other destination-country charges are not included unless stated otherwise.

Delivery Timeframes

• Australian Orders: Orders are processed within 2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days via Australia Post or other courier services.
• International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 7–21 business days.

Delays due to customs, postal services, or unforeseen events are outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.

• Domestic Shipping: Flat rate of $X or free for orders over $Y.
• International Shipping: Rates vary by country. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Tracking

All orders include tracking information. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or refund the item in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Returns & Exchanges
