Terms & Conditions

  • Gift cards are issued electronically and delivered via email

  • Valid for use exclusively on www.criket.com.au

  • Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase (in accordance with Australian Consumer Law)

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Gift cards may be used across multiple transactions until the balance is exhausted

  • Any remaining balance will stay on the card for future use within the validity period

  • If your purchase exceeds the available balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method

  • Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced
